Enoch House benefits from a 24 hour monitoring and response service provided by Helpline which complements our team of visiting officers who visit each scheme daily during office hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Security features include a door entry system enabling you to see and check who your visitor is before allowing access to the building. The rental charge will vary dependent on the size of the property. The weekly rental charge includes a service charge for heating, electricity, water rates, maintaining the facilities, our visiting officer team and the alarm call system. If you are on a low income you may be entitled to help with your housing costs.
